Saw a beater XLR tonight

No SR-20, but it was blue like this:

I don't think it was a V, but it was dark out and so covered in salt and dirt (been snowing up here lately) it was hard to make out the details.

Why it a beater? Well, it was dirty as shit.... the left tail light was out, and once I passed it every time it hit a bump the headlights would jiggle like they were installed with silly putty.

I lol'd.

I would love to have one prepped Dakar rally style, like the P-D 959's. Tons of ground clearance and lots of lights. Something like this but in rally paint

Well I know it wasn't one of my club members, we have more respect for the car than to drive in extreme weather. But I will say this, my withdrawals are so strong, I might take mine out of storage early just to hear the whine of my blower. It's embarrassing how some owners treat their cars so pitifully, but some prudes think that of me with all my mods.

Where was this, maybe I can track him down and shame him into a full detail?
